How long should it take for me to receive my rebate?
If your rebate submission has been provided to AT&T according to the terms and conditions of the offer, your rebate will generally arrive in about 8 weeks. You can check your current status online.
What is an IMEI number, and where can I find it?
Your IMEI number is a 15-digit number that can be located on the device box and behind the battery on the device. If you are having difficulty locating the IMEI number, you can identify it by pressing * # 0 6 # (star, pound, zero, six, pound) and it will appear on your display screen.
I ordered product by phone or the internet and do not have a cash register sales receipt, what should I use?
You may submit a copy of your Order Confirmation Sheet in lieu of your receipt. The Order Confirmation Sheet will arrive with the product shipped to you.
What is meant by the following statement printed on the rebate form: “Mail in rebate is not available if discounts provided at the point of sale bring the sale price of the device to or below $0.”?
In order to qualify for a rebate the device must be purchased. If the device amount paid at the time of sale is $0 (not including applicable sales tax) then the device is considered to be free and was not purchased. Therefore that transaction would not qualify for a mail-in rebate.
My rebate offer stated I will receive an AT&T Promotion Card:

Do not pay at the pump. AT&T Promotion Card is non-transferable and non-refundable. Funds are available at US locations only for 120 days after Card issuance, through the AT&T Promotion Card Expiration date shown on the card.
