Full-time Associates

- 401(k) Savings Plan: As an H&R Block associate you will be enrolled in our 401(k) savings plan - and receive our generous match of dollar for dollar on the first 5 percent of your contributions! Company matching contributions are always 100% vested.

As an H&R Block seasonal associate, you’re eligible to receive many quality benefits. Take advantage of:

- Seasonal PTO Grant - Associates who work 1,000 hours per year could qualify for vacation, sick and holiday pay for the next fiscal year.
- 401(k) Savings Plan - As an H&R Block seasonal associate you’re eligible to participate by working 1,000 hours in your first year of employment or in a subsequent plan year. Plus, you may qualify for our generous match of dollar for dollar on the first 5 percent of your contributions!
- COBRA - Continuation of coverage is available to provide our Seasonal Associates year-round rewards.
