When you are looking for places to go on a first date you want to make sure that you stay away from bad places that provide you little chance of communicating with each other. Places that are very chaotic or loud are not good ideas fro a first date.
The whole reason of going out with someone is to see if the two of you are interested in getting to know each other better. By choosing a place offering no chance of talking, you will end the date not knowing each other any better than you had at the beginning of the date. You may take this as a sign that the two of you have nothing in common, when in fact you may be a perfect match that just chose the wrong place to go on a first date.
Some examples of bad places to go on a first date are movies, night clubs, and loud restaurants. When you go to the movies the two of you will not be able to talk at all while the movie is playing. If you go to a night club you will have to shout during your entire date in order to hear what the two of you are saying to each other. A night club also has a lot of distractions which can get in the way of your communications. A noisy restaurant will also have you shouting at each other through your meal.
You want to stay away from family functions for a first date. A family function such as a wedding or family reunion may have you feeling comfortable, but your date will feel out of place. Your date will not be able to be themselves and you won’t get to know much about their real personality because they will be too worried about trying to act right and impress your friends or family.
